2. Services description

Books & Profits provides daily bookkeeping, outsourced accounting, job-costing support, work-in-progress reporting, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, payroll coordination, financial reporting, QuickBooks support, and ongoing accounting guidance for construction, trade, and project-based businesses.

The firm maintains financial records and coordinates with your CPA or tax preparer. Books & Profits does not prepare or file income-tax returns.

3. No tax preparation or legal advice

Information on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. Engagements for specific services are governed by separate written agreements.

4. Confidential information

Please do not submit banking credentials, payroll data, tax documents, or other sensitive financial records through the contact form or general email. Secure document exchange is available only through the client portal after onboarding.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Books & Profits, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of liability
